Naset-P is a decongestant that shrinks blood vessels in the nasal passage. Dilated blood vessels can cause nasal congestion, i.e., a stuffy nose. It is used to treat stuffy noses caused by allergies, sinus irritation, or the common cold. 

Warning: Before taking this medication, you should know if you’re allergic to it. Ask your doctor or the pharmacist if it safe for you to use Naset-P if you have other medical conditions, especially: 

• heart disease, high blood pressure;
• glaucoma;
• liver or kidney disease;
• enlarged prostate, urination problems;
• diabetes; or
• a thyroid disorder.

Use this medication under medical supervision. 

Direction to Use: 

• Blow your nose. Keep your head upright and insert the tip of the bottle into the nostril. Press the other nostril closed with your finger and breathe in; gently put the medication into your nose. Then place the drops from the bottle in the other nostril. 
• Do not blow your nose for at least a few minutes after the usage.
• Do not use the medication more than three times a day (every 8-10 hours).
• To prevent the spread of infection, do not share the bottle with others.
