Rotomox-P comprises two combinations of Moxifloxacin 0.5% and Prednisolone 1%, which treat bacterial infections. Moxifloxacin is an antibiotic, that comes under the category of quinolone that inhibits bacterial cell division and repair, killing the bacteria. This will cure your illness.
