Uses of Fluorometholone 0.1% Eye Drops

Directions 

Wash your hands first before putting an eye drop. Instill the number of drops advised by your doctor into the pocket of your lower eyelid. While putting eye drops make sure that you are not wearing contact lenses, remove your contact lenses before using this medicine. You can put on your contact lenses after 15 to 20 minutes using this medicine. Pull the lower eyelid to create a pouch by tilting your head back, looking up, and looking upward. Put one drop into the pouch while holding the dropper directly over your eye. For one to two minutes, look downward while gradually closing your eyes. Apply light pressure with one finger by positioning it towards the nose, at the corner of your eye. This will stop the medicine from evaporating. Avoid blinking and refrain from rubbing your eyes. If instructed to do so and if your dose calls for more than one drop, repeat these steps for your second eye.
