Ketorolac Tromethamine 0.5% Eye Drops
EYELAC-5ml generic name is Ketorolac Tromethamine 0.5%. Acular (ketorolac tromethamine) ophthalmic Solution is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory medication (NSAID) used to treat seasonal allergies that induce eye scratching. Acular is also used to treat swelling, discomfort, and burning or stinging after cataracts or corneal refractive surgery. Ophthalmic ketorolac is available as a solution (liquid) to be injected into the eyes. One reduction is normally instilled in the infected eyes four times a day to relieve allergy symptoms. One decrease is normally instilled in the infected eye four times a day for two weeks starting 24 hours after surgery to reduce inflammation. When you apply the eye drops, the allergy reaction (itchy eyes) should change.
Although it tends to show immediate effects afterward some people also feel side effects such as stinging in the eyes or blurry vision.
